Hummus Spread

INGREDIENTS
1 can of light tuna, 6 oz., drained
1 can of white beans, northern or cannelini, drained
2 Tbsp. Mayonnaise
1/4 tsp. of Tabasco or your favorite hot sauce
1 Tbsp. of flavorful parsley, medium grind
3 Tbsp. of capers, drained
1 Tbsp. of lemon juice
1/2 lemon, zested

Mix ingredients well, serve spread with pita bread bits or crackers.
